Looking after your house as if it’s our own.

Changing it up.

We believe that a letting agent should be so much more than just a group of people who happen to rent your property. At the end of the day, your house is your pride and joy. It’s your pension. Your monthly income. And your letting agent must understand that first before anything else.

At The Living Room, we believe in treating you as so much more than just another number on a spreadsheet. To us, you’re you. We’ll recognise your face and know you by name when you walk in. We’ll even remember how you take your tea and coffee!

If we’re renting your home, we want to get to know you first. And we want you to know us too. Because working together is so much easier when we do.

“I started renting my property with the team at The Living Room in 2013 and I only have positive things to say about the whole experience. From finding tenants to sorting out any problems (even arranging to replace bits of furniture that have worn out), the team have been fantastic and I have been kept fully informed at all times. I have already recommended TLR to friends of mine and will continue to do so in the future."

— Scott (Cardiff Landlord)

Lettings.

Nothing special here. We’re a letting agency after all. You expect us to let your home and we’ve delivered time and time again. In addition to using leading property portals - Zoopla and Rightmove - our friendly team, quirky office, and all-round different approach mean that we attract quality tenants for your homes.

Management.

Looking after your investment is our specialty. Whether you have a student HMO, a professional HMO, a single let - you name it, we do it. With a fantastic team of trades ready to help us maintain our top-level service even outside of working hours, you know that your property is safe with us.

Students.

While students can be harder work than any other tenant, they also pay some of the highest rents on the market, so looking after our students is high on our agenda. Whether it’s teaching them how to change a bulb or repressurise their boiler, or educating them on the causes of condensation, we’re on top of it.

Personal Touch.

Being a letting agent is more than just letting and managing property. Getting to know our clients is massively important to us too. There’s a reason why when landlords work with us they very rarely leave, and it’s because we genuinely get along with our landlords. To us, your needs come first.

Different.

From our different office to our different approach, we’re all about doing things our own way. And we hope you see that and want to be a part of it too. Customer service (to everyone) is a huge part of what we do - challenging ourselves to deliver the best service we can and taking it personally when we slip up.

Grow.

With collectively over 15 years of experience in the industry, our team is highly knowledgeable and ready to help you grow your property business. That could be sourcing you new property, helping you maximise your current portfolio, or even referring you to a broker to get you a better mortgage deal.

The money bit.
