You’ve Not Invited Us for a Sleepover

We love looking after our tenants and the properties we manage - but there’s one thing we can’t do… we can’t be in your home 24/7. We’re not here for a sleepover, and that means we rely on you to be our eyes and ears.

If something goes wrong in your home, we may have no idea unless you tell us. Whether it’s a dripping tap, a faulty appliance, damp patches appearing on a wall, or a boiler that’s making strange noises, small problems can quickly turn into much bigger (and more expensive) issues if left unchecked.

The sooner we know about a problem, the sooner we can take action.

That’s better for:

  • You, because issues get fixed faster and your home stays comfortable.

  • The property, because early repairs prevent further damage.

  • The landlord, because their investment is protected and maintained properly.

We genuinely care about our tenants and want your home to be safe, comfortable, and trouble-free. And we also care about our landlords’ properties, keeping them in top shape for everyone. Communication is key - letting us know about issues as soon as they happen helps us make that happen.

We know it can be tempting to put off reporting minor issues. Some tenants worry they’re bothering us, while others think, “It’s only small - I’ll mention it later.”

Please don’t.

No issue is too small to report if it could affect the property, your safety, or your comfort. In many cases, catching things early helps us resolve them quickly and with minimal inconvenience to you.

So, please don’t wait until a small issue becomes a big one. Report maintenance problems through our website or give us a call. If you’re struggling with rent or have any concerns, let us know early. We’re here to help, not hassle - but we can only act when we know there’s a problem.

Think of it this way: the sooner you tell us, the sooner we can fix it - and the happier everyone is.

Thanks for being our eyes and ears!
