There are a lot of poorly run agents out there that promise you the earth without having any intention of ever delivering. There are a lot of agents out there who don’t respect you as paying customers, who ignore your maintenance requests, who don’t give you notices if they’re coming around and - even worse - don’t apologise when they do. We get why you aren’t a fan of letting agents.

We’re a small team of 5 people, but - believe it or not - every single one of us went to university in Cardiff in the past and have lived here since. So we really do know what we’re talking about!

We have a goal at TLR to be paper-free. We firstly switched to Signable, and now do all our contract signings and referencing via Goodlord - our all-encompassing pre-tenancy platform!
