The house features eight bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and a stylish open-plan kitchen/lounge area. Plus, there's a suntrap of a garden where you can soak up the rays. The house is always sparkling clean and tidy—your perfect sanctuary after a busy day at work!

 Currently, we have a fantastic mix of 2 females and 6 males, with two rooms available, with diverse roles ranging from Account Managers to Paralegals. We're looking for like-minded individuals, aged 21–32, who will seamlessly blend into this vibrant, friendly environment.

This spacious room offers tons of storage, including a built-in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. Need a workspace? We've got you covered with a desk, chair, and convenient wall-mounted shelves. It’s ready for you to move in and make it your own!

Situated in the heart of Roath, this location has it all! It's just a stone's throw from the city centre and Albany Road, so you're close to everything you need. After work, unwind at the Royal George for a pint or enjoy a peaceful stroll through the beautiful Roath Park—rain or shine, it's always a treat!
