Terms of Offer
1. For the terms of this offer, this offer will be referred to as “June Cashback”.
2. June Cashback is only payable on or after the start date as seen in the relevant tenancy agreement.
3. The tenancy must have been signed within the period of the offer as noted in Clause 8 below.
4. June Cashback is available to all new tenants who sign for a property through The Living Room Letting Agency Cardiff Ltd.
5. This offer is only available to new tenants. Tenants who currently reside in a property that is managed or let by The Living Room Letting Agency Cardiff Ltd will not be eligible for cashback.
6. This offer can not be claimed in conjunction with any other offer (e.g. Refer-a-Friend).
7. If a tenancy agreement is signed within the period of the offer as a result of a Refer-a-Friend referral, then the tenant will only be eligible to claim the highest value offer (i.e. the £40 June Cashback will be paid, but the £10 Refer-a-Friend cashback will not be paid).
8. The period of this offer is from the 1st June 2020 until the 30th June 2020.
