Every 5 years our agency must renew our licence with Rent Smart Wales so we can continue doing what we do. In order to do so, we must ensure that all of our staff have passed their training for Rent Smart Wales.
Due to the fact that all of our current crop of staff require this training - either as a renewal or for the first time - we're going to get everything sorted in one hit. All of our team are booked onto online training for tomorrow morning and so, as a result, our office will be closed until 14:00 tomorrow when we will resume regular service again.
For emergencies in our managed properties, our office phone line (02920 341077) will still be live, but it will be directing calls towards our voicemail where details of any emergencies can be left. Only emergencies will be dealt with urgently, however all other queries will not be dealt with until after 14:00 tomorrow.
