Terms of Offer
1. Referral fee only payable on completion of signed contracts by the referred person/group.
3. There is no limit to the number of people/groups that a person may refer.
4. You must either (a) fill in the referral form on our website, (b) refer the group to us by phoning up before they book a viewing with us telling us their names, or (c) get your referred group to phone up themselves and quote your name as their referrer when they book their viewing.
5. All retrospective referral claims will not be accepted or processed and will be treated as fraudulent claims. 
6. This offer runs until all of our 25/26 Swansea student houses have been filled.
7. The Living Room Letting Agency Cardiff Ltd reserves the right to extend, cancel, or alter this offer at any time.
