Terms of Offer
1. Referral fee only payable on completion of signed contracts by the referred person/group.
2. The referred person(s) will also be entitled to £10 cashback per person which will be paid after they have paid their first month’s rent.
3. There is no limit to the number of people that a person may refer and/or be entitled to cashback for.
4. You must either (a) fill in the referral form on our website, (b) refer the group to us by phoning up before they book a viewing with us telling us their names, or (c) get your referred group to phone up themselves and quote your name as their referrer when they book their viewing.
5. All retrospective referral claims will not be accepted or processed and will be treated as fraudulent claims. 
6. This offer runs all year around.

We’ve been running refer-a-friend offers for years, but we thought it was about time we made it a regular thing. So regular, that we’ll just keep running it… Forever. After all, if you guys are going to help us out and go out of your way to refer someone to us, then we want to make sure you get rewarded for that!

The concept of the offer is very simple:

1. Refer someone to us that is looking for a property or room.

2. If that person goes on to sign for a TLR property or room, you’ll qualify for a referral fee!

But how much, I hear you ask?

• If you refer 1 person to us who signs a TLR contract, you get £10.

• If you refer 2 people to us who both sign a TLR contract, you get £25.

• Then if you refer 3 or more people to us who all sign a TLR contract, you get £20 per person.

What’s more, the person that you referred also gets £10 cashback when they move in. Winner!
